If you are in Year 7 or Year 8, you will become more familiar with our curriculum, the subjects you study, and start to build confidence and competence in a range of subjects. If you are in Year 9, now being very familiar with the subjects you study, and your confidence and competence in particular subjects, you will begin to consider which subjects you would like to continue with into key stage 4.

Encourage your child to speak to their teachers about careers, and suitability for GCSE options. It is great to start these conversations as early as possible to start planting seeds, and get children talking about careers and their futures.
